1st Time and 2nd Timer are eligible to apply DBSS

1st Time gets 30K grant for SC/SC or 20K grant for SC/PR. Once PR convert to SC, you will received the balance top up of 10K

Citizenship

• You must be a Singapore Citizen
• Your family nucleus must comprise at least another Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
